Property Trust

The Property Trust is a panel of appointed members who execute legal documents on behalf of The Uniting Church in Australia Property Trust (NSW) or The Uniting Church in Australia (Australian Capital Territory) Property Trust.

Uniting Resources administers the Property Trust and arranges for the co-ordination and execution of legal documents in relation to approved projects and for the acceptance of funding.

Meetings are held every Tuesday at 12.00pm. Documents should be received by COB Friday for signing the next week

All documents submitted to Property Services for execution by the Property Trust must be accompanied by a Certificate of Correctness.

The Certificate of Correctness certifies that the document being executed has been approved in accordance with the Regulations.
